We would refer you to one of our specialist mortgage brokers that have over 20 years of experience in investment lending. Before we search for anything, we make sure your finance position is sorted first.
We build a plan based off what you want to achieve, this isn't a some template we fit into every single client. We build a completely tailored plan that fits your own individual circumstances. That way we know the property that we source for you fits into exactly what you are looking to achieve.
We also don't receive any commission from anyone else, therefore we are working completely for you and it is in our best interest to make sure you get the best property possible.
That's okay, we have worked with a lot of first rime investors and this can be the best way to start. We can build the full strategy from start to finish and ensure the right properties are purchased to propel you towards that end goal.
We normally plan for a maximum of 90 days from sign up date to having a contract accepted on a property. Although we have had clients who have secured a property in as little as 4 weeks.
Just show up to an initial call where we discuss your goals and what you're aiming to achieve, then a follow up call where we present the plan. You will still be required to submit any details and work with a mortgage broker in order to secure the loan and of course signing the contract for the purchase of a property.
In terms of any work involved, we take all of the heavy lifting off your hands so that you won't need to stress about any of the process. You can sit back and relax whilst we go to work for you.
Simply, no. Using equity from an existing property is just one way to come up with a deposit. A deposit can come from savings, a gift or an inheritance.
